Amir Christopher Mabrouk, the owner of the Green Olive Market Place, has long been involved in the hospitality industry. Starting with his work at the Doris & Kings Italian Market in Boca Raton while he attended Palm Beach State University, Amir found an affinity for customer service. After dabbling in the field of marketing with 3J Hospitality and working in beverages with the W Hotel & Resort, Amir decided to open up his own local business – Green Olive Market Place.
